Elmira Business Institute admits new students at the start of each semester. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and have completed their high school education, or received their General Equivalency Diploma (GED). All applicants must provide an official academic transcript or GED.
Before admission, admission representatives conduct personal interviews to evaluate the applicant's potential.
Campus tours are given Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., -and on Saturdays by appointment.
The business and medical programs offered at EBI are complete preparation courses and do not require prior training in high school or experience for admittance.
EBI admits students of both sexes and of any race, color, creed and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the college.
